Virtual and Downloadable Content

Minds in Bloom Unlimited offers an array of virtual products that are exclusively available for digital download. It is important to note that we do not offer any physical products that require shipping. Resources may require printing and prepping before using with students.

Upon purchase, our virtual products will be delivered in the form of a downloadable PDF file, while our digital products will be provided as a PDF file that contains an embedded link to access the Google Apps copy. We emphasize that all sales of our virtual and digital products are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading our products, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Membership Terms

MIB Unlimited membership terms are designed to offer flexibility and convenience to our members. Depending on the selected membership, it will renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis. It is important to note that when a membership is terminated or goes out of good standing, members will no longer have access to the resources within the membership. To avoid interruption in service and retain access to our valuable resources, we encourage our members to maintain their membership status in good standing. In the event that a member decides to cancel their membership, it is their responsibility to do so before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Abuse of the membership by downloading unreasonable or excessive amounts of products, or by sharing access with another person, may result in the revocation of your membership without refund or recourse. We strive to provide a valuable and high-quality service to our members, and we ask that you respect our policies to ensure we can continue to provide exceptional resources to our community.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require our members to cancel their membership, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. To cancel the membership, the member must log in to their account and update their information accordingly. Upon completing the cancellation process, the membership will be immediately terminated, and the member will not be charged any further fees. It is important to note that we do not offer partial refunds for any remaining time left in the billing cycle. We recommend that members review their account information and billing status to ensure that they will not be charged again after cancelling. We strive to provide our members with exceptional service, and we want to ensure that our cancellation policy is transparent and straightforward.

Copyright Policy

At Minds in Bloom Unlimited, every resource comes with a single-use license, meaning our resources are intended for the personal (not commercial) use of one teacher. Teachers may serve any student they teach with our resources. If fellow educators would like to use our resources, they must purchase their own membership. At Minds in Bloom Unlimited, we take the security and privacy of our customers’ payment information seriously. All orders are processed using a secure server (SSL). We do not store any payment information on our servers. If you choose to save your payment information for future purposes, it will be stored on third-party gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal) on their secure servers. Minds in Bloom Unlimited is not responsible for any issues related to your payment information. • Sell or distribute any part of the resources for commercial or personal gain, whether in digital or physical form.
• Share the resources on any platform that is accessible to non-members or individuals who have not purchased the resources, including non-password-protected sites or groups.
• Share copies of the resources with other educators who are not members of Minds in Bloom Unlimited.
• Abuse the membership by excessively downloading resources in order to gain access to materials without maintaining membership.
